The Stoughton Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Artspace Projects www.artspaceusa.org a Minneapolis-based national, nonprofit developer, to study the space needs of the creative community in Stoughton, WI and the surrounding region.

This study will assist in the development of affordable space where artists may live and work, in the city of Stoughton.
