QiGong (pronounced chee gung) is a form of gentle exercise or “moving meditation” that helps promote a strong supple body and a relaxed mind. QiGong is not a martial art and is easy to learn, moving in a way that feels right to each individual.
No special equipment or clothing is needed and the practice can be done seated or standing.
