    Job Description
    Stoughton Hospital has a part-time Registrar position available in Registration. This position is responsible for accurately capturing and maintaining patient diagnosis, procedures, demographic, employment, emergency contact, guarantor and insurance information for patients admitted for inpatient and outpatient services at Stoughton Hospital. This position establishes hospital billing accounts, in order to accurately charge for the services that are rendered. This position interacts with many internal and external customers, and is responsible for creating a positive first impression of Stoughton Hospital. This position is also responsible for routing communications throughout the Hospital and Dean Clinics and for assisting with the traffic flow in visitor and patient reception areas.

    Required qualifications: previous clerical experience, basic computer competency skills, intermediate Microsoft office suite skills, and high school graduate or equivalent.

    Preferred qualification: clerical experience in a medical setting an previous Registrar experience.

    * Partial Part-time, 12 hours bi-weekly, work every Monday 4pm-10pm and work 1-2 holidays per year.
