Stoughton Health has an exciting opportunity for a Specialty Physician Clinic Manager to join our team of trusted healthcare professionals. This position works with the department Physicians and under the general supervision of the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer. Coordinates the activities of assigned departments including organizational planning, leadership, fiscal responsibility, quality, customer service to live the mission, vision, values of Stoughton Health. Has operational responsibility, authority and accountability for assigned departments including Ortho Team Clinics, General Surgery/Wound Clinic.

Qualifications include an Associates degree.  Prefer someone with a Bachelor's degree. Minimum of three years supervisory/management experience in a health care clinic setting desired. Orthopedic experience is desirable. Basic computer competency skills are expected for this position as well as intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Travel between Stoughton Hospital and the Madison Ortho Team Clinic will be required.

*Full-time, salaried position, typical schedule of M-F; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
