    Job Description
    Community Living Connections is currently seeking energetic employees for our Creative Community Access (CCA) program.  In this position, you will assist adults with developmental disabilities to be involved in their communities through participation in recreational activities, classes and other daytime, weekday events in the Madison and Stoughton communities.  As part of the CCA team, you will work during the day in a variety of different community-based settings with a number of individuals.  The people you support, and the activities they attend, may fluctuate daily.  The successful candidate will adapt to change quickly and effectively.

    We currently have Part Time openings available Monday through Friday between 8:30am-3:30pm, with some daily variation and flexibility needed with start and end times.

    This position will require you to drive, and transport individuals, in Madison and Stoughton.   Access to a vehicle in good working condition, a valid WI driver’s license, an acceptable driving record and proof of vehicle insurance, which meets CLC’s standards, are required

    Position Details
    • Position Title: Creative Community Access Support Staff
    • Wages begin at $13.00/hour 
    • Part Time opening
    • Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm
    Position Requirements
    • Must be 18 years or older to apply
    • Must have an acceptable background
    • Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities not required but highly recommended
    • Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors and assisting with personal cares would be beneficial
    • Required: A WI Drivers License, an acceptable driving record, access to a vehicle in good working condition and proof of appropriate level of insurance
    • All employees are required to proficiently read, speak, and understand English
