Hours open:

• Friday, May 16, 2008 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Saturday, May 17, 2008 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Sunday, May 18, 2008 10 a.m. to 12 noon

Quilt Show Rules:

1. Open to Stoughton area residents.

2. Items entered in previous years are not eligible.

3. Entries must be brought to the River Bluff Middle School gym from 8 to 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 15 or to the Stoughton Chamber of Commerce Office (Depot) 532 E. Main St. on Wednesday, May 14 from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Please do not drop them off early!

4. Items are entered at your own risk.

5. Entries must be picked up from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 18. Bring your claim ticket!

6. Entries not claimed by 2:00 p.m. will be the Chamber office, and may be picked on Monday.

7. Each entry must have a 4-inch rod pocket/sleeve at the top.

Challenge Quilt Category

The Syttende Mai quilt show announces a themed category for the 2008 show. Entries will be accepted at the same time as the regular show.

Rules:

The entry must carry out the theme "Celebrate Syttende Mai".

The entry must be 12 inches finished with a batt, backing and binding.

The entry will need to have a 3 inch sleeve for hanging.

Entries will be judged by a qualified quilt judge. The first three placings will be awarded ribbons and prizes.

Quilts will be identified with the makers name, city and title of the quilt.

Themed quilts will not be part of the Viewer's Choice voting during the show.
