Stoughton Snapshots
August 2008 Photo Contest
Start snapping photos of Stoughton! Whether you live in Stoughton or are just visiting for the weekend, the Stoughton Chamber of Commerce is asking you to take photos and submit them to the Stoughton Snapshots Contest. With it's historic architecture, scenic surroundings, fun events, and plentiful activities, Stoughton is full of photographic potential.
Now is the time to discover Stoughton—with your camera in hand!
Prizes will be awarded to the top three photos. One honorable mention will also be awarded in each photo category. All submitted photos will be considered for use on www.stoughtonwi.com and in Chamber publications, posters, or other printed publicity materials. Credit will be given to all photographers.
Photos should fit into the following categories:
Scenery
Buildings and Architecture
Things to do in Stoughton (dining, shopping, biking, hiking, canoeing, etc.)
Events

Contest Rules
- All photos must be emailed, mailed, or hand-delivered to the Stoughton Chamber of Commerce by Friday, August 31, 2007.
- Photos can be black and white or color.
- There is no limit to how many photos a participant can submit.
- For consideration, each photo contest entry must include:
- Name
- Mailing Address
- Phone Number
- E-mail Address
- A brief description of the photo including what category it fits into
All submitted photos to the Stoughton Snapshots Contest become property of the Stoughton Chamber of Commerce and have the possibility to be used in Chamber publications, posters or other printed publications.
