Learn about the numbers that matter for your heart including goals for blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar levels, physical activity and body weight as preventive measures to keep your heart healthy and prevent heart disease. Handouts and info on local exercise options will also be available. Registration is required for this free class.

CANDLELIGHT SKI
6pm to 9pm

On the second Saturday in January and February from 6 to 9 p.m., the park staff and friends group host candlelight skiing. Join us for a beautiful winter evening of skiing along 2 miles of trails lit with hundreds of glowing luminaries.
When you are done skiing, warm up by the bonfire and cook out on the grills provided or enjoy drinks and baked goods sold by the Lake Kegonsa State Park Friends Group. There are no fees for these events, but a valid park admission sticker is required. Sorry, no pets or hikers are allowed on the ski trails. These events are contingent on weather and snow conditions.
