DESCRIPTION:Join Sons of Norway- Mandt Lodge for a fun program by Bill Amundson on Wednesday\, September 12\, 2018 at 7 PM. The lodge is located at 317 South Page Street in Stoughton. In "A Stoughton Odyssey- One Boy's Journey"\, Stoughton resident Bill Amundson recounts in a humorous and not all together accurate manner his recollections of growing up Norwegian/American in Stoughton from the fifties until the end of the seventies. There will be numerous pictures during his presentation\, and topics covered will include lost landmarks\, Stoughton characters\, and the infamous Syttende Mai celebrations of the 70's period. Audience participation is encouraged. There may also be some music! Please contact Darlene Arneson at arnesonfamily5@gmail.com or 608-873-7209 for more information. Mandt Lodge is handicapped accessible with a lift located on the south side of the building. There is parking on the street\, public parking lot behind the Stoughton Senior Center\, or in the Livsreise parking lot if their building is closed. We always encourage you to bring donations for the Stoughton Food Pantry! The public is always welcome at Mandt Lodge!
