Absolute beginners are welcome! This class uses beautiful music to encourage a joyful experience while the instructor adapts the movement to meet the needs of every participant. Please join us to experience this unique blend of exercise\, art\, and community! Catrina Choate-Heretoiu has extensive training and experience\, and is a certified Feldenkrais Practitioner of Somatic Education. She believes in the power of dance to change lives and loves sharing all the good moments that ballet has to offer. Cost is $50 for this 5 week series\, $12 drop-in rate.
