DESCRIPTION:Meeting Highlights for December 5\, 2018 Our NCOA national re-accreditation onsite reviewer\, Pat Branson\, led this meeting. During her visit\, she looked through documents\; asked questions of staff\, COA members\, volunteers and participants\; wrote up her notes\; talked with the assigned off-site reviewer\; and ended with a follow-up meeting with Cindy\, Hollee and COA Chair Lou Havlik. Upon leaving\, Pat said she intends to give the NCOA Board her seal of approval for reaccreditation. We should know the Board's official decision by early January. NCOA accreditation not only proves our Senior Center's accountability and quality of services\, but the process gives us an action plan to improve and strengthen our future operations. Next meeting: Due to the holiday\, the meeting will be January 8\, 2019 at 11:00 AM Stoughton Area Senior Center 248 W Main St. Stoughton Meetings are Open to the Public See the City website for full meeting minutes.
