SUMMARY:MUSIC APPRECIATION – SPRING 2022
DESCRIPTION:All sessions are held at the Stoughton Opera House and are free and open to the public. Donations are accepted.\n\n\n\nThe Music Appreciation Series is supported by the Stoughton Area Senior Center\, a grant from the Bryant Foundation and participant donations.\n\n\n\nApril 4-The Ian DeWett Jazz Trio-Ian and his ensemble gave us an exciting and brilliant program last year\, so I invited them back.  Their improvisations on familiar tunes were exciting and well done.   The members all have their Bachelor's Degree and are either in Grad School or working.  This is contemporary jazz that is sure to please.(Last year after the performance I told the guys that it isn't often that a group performance  gets whoops and Hollers from a audience of Senior Citizens)
