DESCRIPTION:Departure Join us for a delightful day on Lake Monona! We will enjoy a picnic lunch at Tenney Park (box lunch of chicken salad wraps\, fruit\, cookie\, and water provided by our Nutrition Coordinator\, Kim).\n\n\n\nAfter that we will board a Madison School and Community Recreation pontoon boat with just our party for a 1.5 hour tour of the lake! The pontoon is wheelchair accessible and can accommodate 14 people. Our passenger van can take 10 people\, and 4 more can join if they drive themselves.\n\n\n\nThe passenger van is not wheelchair accessible\, and does require a big step in and out. Please bring your own sun protection. $20 covers the lunch and the boat ride. The passenger van is free for those who sign up for it (first come\, first serve). The Senior Center has a Friendship Fund available if the fee for the trip is an obstacle for attending. Call 608-873-8585 to reserve your spot. Payment is due August 14.
