Take a tour of our beautifully renovated apartment homes and our new permaculture gardens. Food\, refreshments\, and music will be provided.\n\n\n\nDuring the event\, you will learn about:\n\n	Greenspire will be 100% solar powered! Through receiving the Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP)\, a transformative project funded by the Inflation Reduction Act and led by HUD. This initiative enables Greenspire to pursue the prestigious Zero Energy Certification through the International Living Future Institute.\n	Sustainable gardens have been installed! By applying the design principles and ethics of permaculture\, we are creating an urban food forest to enhance the resilience of our community.
