DESCRIPTION:Sons of Norway- Mandt Lodge Lefse Baking Class Sons of Norway will hold a lefse baking class on Saturday\, November 9. The classes will be held at Mandt Lodge\, 317 S. Page Street\, in Stoughton. The cost is $20 per class and youth ages 12 and under are $10. There are two lefse making class options- 9:00 am- 11:00 or 12:30-2:30. Mandt Lodge members will share recipes and techniques for making lefse how our lodge makes it! Volunteers will walk participants through the mixing\, baking\, cooling and packaging process we use at Mandt. Of course\, sampling your work is encouraged and lefse will be sent home with participants. Mandt Lodge will provide equipment and supplies. Registrations are due November 1. Please note: If one time period has fewer enrollments\, we may need to combine them into one. Please contact Darlene Arneson at arnesonfamily5@gmail.com or 608-873-7209 for a registration form.
