DESCRIPTION:Sons of Norway- Mandt Lodge will host a morning and afternoon lefse making class on December 6\, 2025 at Mandt Lodge.\n\n\n\nTwo sessions are available 9-11 AM or 12:30-2:30 PM and the cost is $20 per class. Youth ages 12 and under are $10.\n\n\n\nMandt Lodge members will share recipes and techniques for making lefse how our lodge makes it! Volunteers will walk participants through the mixing\, baking\, cooling and packaging process we use at Mandt. Of course\, sampling your work is encouraged and lefse will be sent home with participants. Mandt Lodge will provide equipment and supplies.\n\n\n\nRegistrations are capped at 20 per class and will close when full. Registration and payment is needed to secure your spot! The classes often fill fast so don't wait! We will cap the class at 20 and return any registrations and check if the class is already full upon receipt.
