DESCRIPTION:Sons of Norway Norwegian Cookie Baking Class Sons of Norway will host a Norwegian cooking baking class on Saturday\, Sept. 25\, 2021 at Sons of Norway. The lodge is located at 317 S. Page Street\, in Stoughton. The class will go from 9:00 am- 12noon. The registration fee is $20 per person. Youth ages 12 and under will pay $10. Mandt Lodge members will share recipes and techniques for making five types of Norwegian cookies. The variety will be determined closer to class and be based on volunteer instructor's specialties. You will learn how to mix\, prepare\, and bake/fry the cookies. Of course\, sampling your work is encouraged and cookies will be sent home with participants. Mandt Lodge will provide equipment and supplies. We will limit enrollment at 25 people and the registration form and payment secures your spot! Registrations are due September 20 and can be obtained from arnesonfamily5@gmail.com
