Van Buren St.\, Stoughton\, WI 53589\, Attn: Fall Festival 5K run/walk. Please make checks payable to St Ann's Festival 5K. No Refunds. You can also drop payment off at the church office. You may download the form http://stannparish.weconnect.com/Fall-Festival\n\nAll forms received after Sept. 5 DO NOT have a guarantee of t-shirt size. Shirts are available on first come first serve basis. Fees includes: Bib #\, t-shirt and post race refreshments. Medals to top 3 youth (girls and boys\, age 12 & under) & top 3 male and female participants. Confirmations: Will be e-mailed to all participants who pre-register. You may also register the morning of the event (shirt not guaranteed). Want to volunteer?
