Come see the refreshed course and plans for an additional nine baskets in the future.\n\nNew this year are two divisions:\n\n A Recreational Division (with two subdivisions: 12 and under\; and 13 and older) which is free with gift cards / certificates for prizes. The tournament is nine holes\, but participants can play a second round of nine holes for fun if they'd like.\n A Competitive Division\, which has a $20 entry fee\, with all money collected going to cash prizes for first\, second\, and third place. The Competitive Division will be a random pairs tournament in which each pair plays the best first throw and then alternates who takes each subsequent throw for that hole. Prizes will be split equally between the members of the winning pair.\n\nSide games for gift cards / certificates are included for all participants: (a) a putting game that can be played before\, in between\, or after the golf course rounds with prizes for both the competitive and the recreational divisions\; (b) two holes with a closest to the pin contest\; and (c) an aces pool with one winner chosen at random from everyone with an ace.\n\nCheck In / Registration: 8:15 8:45 am\n\nPlayer's Meeting: 8:45 am\n\nTee Off (shotgun): 9:00 am\n\nRound 1: 9 holes\n\nRound 2: 9 holes\n\nWe expect Round 1 (9 holes) will last from 9:00 am to roughly 10:15 to 10:30 am. As participants finish and arrive back at hole 1\, there will be a short break.\n\nFor the Recreational Division\, we will tally scores for the first nine holes and award prizes during the break\, including the Recreational Division putting contest. Recreational Division participants can then call it a day or continue for an optional second round of nine holes just for fun.\n\nThe Competitive Division players will continue for a second round of nine holes whenever they are ready but no later than 10:45 am. We expect them to complete the second round sometime between 11:30 and 11: 45 am.
