DESCRIPTION:The Stoughton Public Library is partnering with Stoughton Yoga to host a class for ages 11-16. Participants will learn mindful movement strategies to stretch and strengthen muscles as well as calming mindfulness and observation strategies to reduce stress and connect to joy. All bodies\, abilities\, and levels welcome. This class will incorporate the creative use of studio props to increase accessibility for all. This is a welcoming and inclusive class\, great for beginners or those who have experience with yoga alike! Registration is required. Call 608-873-6281 or email storef@stolib.org to register. Proof of vaccination will be required at the door\, and the parent/guardian of each participant will need to fill out a waiver with emergency contact info at the beginning of class.
