The Scottish were planning an invasion\, and as the story goes\, Prillar was instrumental in warning the militia of 500 when the Scots were about to cross the river by blowing on her lur from atop a high point over the valley.\n\n\n\nOur presenter\, Eric Stavney is a journalist\, teacher\, and promoter of Nordic culture.
