This series is dedicated to building awareness and improving the way you move!  Functional movement describes real-world situations, and are actions you perform through multiple planes of motion with multiple joints.  Working with functional movement can help you accomplish things more efficiently, and can reduce the risk of injury and pain.  Somatic movements and classic yoga postures will be explored in this series.
