Joan Herzing (RYT-500) and Gary Flesher from Avian Aura offer a transformative sensory experience. This 2-hour session will move through the elements by combining traditional components of a sound baths (gongs, singing bowls, shamanic drum, wooden flute, harmonium, bhajan, hand pan, chimes) and modern song crafting (guitar, synthesizer, beats) with gentle flow, restorative poses, lights and aromatherapy.
