• Assistant Chef - FT #1069

    The Assistant Chef is responsible for food preparation and directing production activities, service and portioning of hot and cold foods for patients, cafe, vending and catered functions.  This position also assists with daily operations of the department and supervision of the kitchen and cafe staff.

    Requires previous experience in institutional food preparation. Prefer one year supervisory or lead experience. Prefer Sanitation Certificate. Requires High school Graduate or Equivalent and post secondary education in food preparation. Prefer Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts or Quantity Food Preparation.

    * Full-time, 80 hours biweekly, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every other weekend.
