Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for a Physicians Assistant with our Ortho Surgical team.

As a surgical Physician Assistant, you will support the surgeons in the operating room as well as hospital rounding and ambulatory clinic visits. The Physician Assistant assumes responsibility and accountability for comprehensive care, post-operative care, and education to patients and their families from surgery to outpatient follow-up visits. This position would provide direct assistance to surgeons during their procedures and needs to embody the care and compassion delivered by the team. The entire team will work collaboratively to ensure optimal quality, experience, and efficiency.

Candidate must be able to multi-task and be flexible in learning and handling a variety of duties. Travel is required to both Stoughton & Madison clinic locations. This position is a salary position, scheduled regularly Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with rotation in both clinic and operating room settings. This position is required to be on call assisting the Orthopedic surgeon on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, either in person or by phone.
