Stoughton Health is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants to work in our Flex to Fit program. This position allows lots of flexibility for the candidate. Perhaps you can only work 2-3 hours/week, maybe next week you want to pick up 12 hours, or none. We are looking for candidates to join our pool of C.N.A.'s who want/need work life balance but still want to work and stay up on their skills.

The Nursing Assistant is responsible for administering direct patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse and/or other qualified staff. This position may also perform general clerical duties to ensure the smooth operation of the unit. Qualifications include: Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant training program, High school graduate or equivalent, must have current CPR certification or the ability to obtain certification upon hire, must be eligible for non-violent crisis intervention training – every two years on a rolling calendar. Minimum experience: Previous work in a healthcare setting.
