With the collaboration of the PR Marketing Director or Community Education Coordinator, this position is responsible for the synchronization of marketing materials fundamental to Stoughton Health’s growth. Key responsibilities include delivery of accurate, fresh, and appealing print, billboards, TV, and radio spots. Work assignments require independent judgment in performing certain tasks on time and within established brand standards. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to prioritize tasks and organize work.
Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in business communications, marketing, advertising, or public relations. One or more years of professional marketing or applicable business-related experience in marketing, public relations, and digital media. Healthcare experience is preferred. Basic Computer competency skills are expected for this position. All Stoughton Health employees have e-mail access and many use a PC to send and retrieve work e-mail; reference internal websites, access electronic health records, and use online learning tools to remain current with continuing education requirements. Intermediate Skills - Able to perform fairly detailed formatting, create Word and Excel files, and prepare applicable charts for reports. Preferred experience with design applications such as Canva. Valid Wisconsin drivers license.
*Full-time, 40 hours/week, 80 hours bi-weekly, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday – Friday (may vary with very limited night/weekend)
