Occupational Therapist
Stoughton Health is hiring an Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant to work in both outpatient and inpatient. Work is about 60% outpatient/40% inpatient. Responsible for the full range of occupational therapy treatments and tasks which includes organizing and conducting medically prescribed Occupational therapy services to restore function, maximizing an individual's independence and prevent or minimize the effects of a disability, injury, or illness.
Occupational Therapist requires Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license and BLS certification and graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy school. Occupational Therapy Assistant position requires current Wisconsin licensure, BLS certification, and a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
* Per Diem position includes occasional inpatient weekend work (minimum of six per calendar year) and inpatient/outpatient weekday work. The ideal candidate will have availability to work during staff leaves of absence, vacation requests, and high census needs.
