Join us for these free, all-levels flow yoga classes at the library, offered in cooperation with Stoughton Yoga.
Expect to move from pose to pose in a fluid, flowing way.
Detailed instructions and slower-paced movement make this class accessible to all.
Modifications are offered throughout class. Focus on breath with movement will be emphasized.
Chairs will be available for those who have trouble getting up and down off the floor.
Please bring a yoga mat or large towel.
