Jackie Falch is the Director in the Madison office of a National Non-Profit Organization, Call for Action, who’s primary mission is to help people with everyday consumer issues when they find they are unable to resolve them on their own. You will hear about frauds and scams that are happening every day to people just like you. You will learn who it is that is doing this, what the scam looks like, but most importantly what to be aware of in order to keep yourself safe.
