Relay For Life of Dane and Rock Counties Moves to Nordic Ridge Park

In 2026, over 2 million new cancer cases and 626,140 deaths from cancer are expected to occur in the United States. Cancer continues to be the second most common cause of death among Americans, after heart disease.

To help end cancer as we know it for everyone, the American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Dane and Rock Counties, will be held on Saturday, August 29th, 2026 at Nordic Ridge Park, Stoughton, WI.

Relay For Life is the signature fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. We celebrate our survivors and caregivers, remember those who've lost the fight with a luminaria ceremony, and fight back by raising funds for research, patient support and advocacy.

Event Details include our Opening Ceremony time 5PM; free Survivor and Caregiver dessert donated by the Stoughton FFA, celebration, and goody bag; presentations by cancer survivors; Relay swag available; Luminaria 8PM; free games and activities 5:30pm-8pm.
