Presented in partnership between the library and Stoughton Yoga. We'll focus on breath and gentle movement in these classes which are perfect for beginners and all levels. We recommend you bring a blanket or towel, but the studio can loan you any other props you need, even a mat. This class is for adults (ages 14+).
