• Construction Project Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Estimate construction projects, including take-offs, pricing, and bid preparation
    • Manage assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget goals are met
    • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
    • Oversee project documentation, contracts, schedules, and change orders
    • Handle multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail and organization
    • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations and codes
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management and estimating
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface effectively with clients and subcontractors
    • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project
    • Experience with Sage Estimating Software and Sage Construction Management is a strong plus
