Neighborhood Free Health Clinic
Neighborhood Free Health Clinic is seeking a mission-driven Clinic Manager to lead day-to-
day clinic operations in a nonprofit healthcare setting. This hands-on leadership role supports
volunteers, healthcare providers, and patients while working closely with the NFHC Board of
Directors.
Key Responsibilities:

• ? Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure a safe, clean environment
• ? Recruit, onboard, and support volunteer providers and staff
• ? Manage electronic health records (EHR)
• ? Support scheduling, reporting, and administrative operations
• ? Assist with community engagement and outreach

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare and leadership experience
• Intermediate computer skills (EHR, Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate with volunteers, providers, and board members
• Spanish fluency a plus

• Full-Time (32 hours/week, 0.80 FTE)
• Monday–Friday, flexible schedule
