Stoughton Health has an excellent employment opportunity for a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse in the Geriatric Psychiatry department.

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing assigned aspects of patient care in accordance with the established plan of care and under the general direction of a Registered Nurse.  Delegated assignments to this position will be based on orientation completion and competency proof.

Qualifications include: Associate Degree, a Graduate of a Licensed Practical Nursing Program. Current license by the Board of Licensing and Regulation in the State of Wisconsin as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing, and current BLS certification. Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training is required every two years. Epic training will be provided.

* Full-time, Variable Weekdays, 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m., 32 or 36 hours/week, 64 or 72 hours bi-weekly, Every other weekend; 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. and every 3rd-holiday rotation; 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.
