Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Geriatric/Psychiatry team on a Full-Time basis.
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for administering direct patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse and/or other qualified staff. This position may also perform general clerical duties to ensure the smooth operation of the unit.

Position Requirements:

• Required: Successful Completion of a Certified Nursing Program.
• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Prefer previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. 
• BLS Certification within 90 days of hire
• Requires non-violent crisis intervention or workplace violence training every two years on a rolling calendar basis.
• Computer Competency: Basic Computer Skills are expected for this position. Access email, reference internal websites, access electronic health records, and use online learning tools to remain current with continuing education requirements.
• Microsoft Office Suite Skills: Beginning Skills – Able to perform basic things such as opening a document, change font, save a document, write a letter.

Work Shift:

• Full-Time, 1.0 FTE
• 40 hours per week
• Scheduled Days: Monday - Friday
• Scheduled Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Occasional Weekends
• Every 3rd Holiday, 7:00 am - 7:30 pm
